Another step towards the construction of a Polish nuclear power plant! On Monday, in the presence of the US Ambassador to Poland Mark Brzezinski, Powen-Wafapomp SA Group, Piotr Kańtoch signed the Memorandum of Understanding with Westinghouse Electric Co., Joel Eacker, PgMP, PMP, PE regarding cooperation on the construction of the first Nuclear Power Plant in Poland.
Ministry of Climate and Environment Together with Chamber of Commerce for Energy and Environmental Protection organized on 17-20 October in Prague the Polish-Czech nuclear summit. Representatives of Polish companies visited Temelin nuclear power plant on 18 October. Next day a meeting with Czech companies was held in Czech Ministry of Industry and Trade. Companies from both countries presented their state of preparations to take part in the supply chain for nuclear industry and discussed the possible cooperation in order to obtain a synergy effect.
