Our R&D department deals with both the creation of new concepts and the modernization of existing products.
If the pipeline system requires special adaptation of the pump set, cooperation with Powen-Wafapomp SA Group is the best solution.
Below we present a 30BP50 double-stream pump with a 500kW engine with a designed suction port "from the bottom".
Before shipping to the customer, the pump was tested in the full range of parameters at the Research and Development Center in Zabrze.

This is split-casing 30BP50 pump with 500kW motor where suction flange is facing down. Before delivery the pump has been tested throughout the entire operating range in our Research and Development Center in Zabrze.

Last week, representatives of the Powen-Wafapomp SA Group participated in the first of a series of training courses "Polish industry for nuclear energy" organized by Chamber of Commerce for Energy and Environmental Protection commissioned Ministry of Climate and Environment in association with Łukasiewicz – Welding Institute, where speakers from e.g.. Westinghouse Electric Co., EDF and Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power had the opportunity to share with us their knowledge about the qualification of suppliers, quality and safety standards specific to the construction of nuclear units.

Enriched by the knowledge and experience provided, we would like to thank the organizers and all entities related to the event. We promise to continue to keep our finger on the pulse and make good use of the collected information when building the first Polish Nuclear Power Plant.

We have delivered a main drainage pump for one of the world leaders in copper mining and processing. The 25H47/10 pump, with parameters Q=500m3/h and H=720m, is designed for pumping brine and is made of superduplex 1.4469.

The tests confirming the contractually required efficiency were carried out at the Research and Development Center in Zabrze with the cooperation of the client. During the commissioned commissioning of the facility, vibrations did not exceed 1 mm/s. ?
