Brief description of the subject of the order
The subject of the order is the construction of a pump testing station. The main facility of the pump testing station consists of a steel hall with a single nave leading into two aisles. The hall has a separate social and office area for permanent station staff and part of the electrical switchboard. In the main hall, there is an underground water tank used for technological tests of water pumps. The electrical switchboard is used to power the current needs of the hall of the new pump test station, including: HVAC installations, primary and auxiliary pumps and lighting installation, etc. The hall of the test station is connected with a connector in axis no. 1 with the AZ-2S hall. The designed station in the form of a steel hall will contain: Stations for pump testing, Pump storage stations, Storage stations for pipelines as connecting elements for the assembly of tested pumps, Storage stations for other fittings, Social and office rooms, General parameters of the testing station hall:

Knowledge and experience

The contractor must demonstrate that in the last 5 years before the deadline for submitting offers, and if the period of conducting business is shorter, then during this period, he has performed in a proper manner, i.e. in accordance with the terms of the contract and the principles of construction practice, contracts corresponding to the type of construction works constituting subject of the order, the scope of which included the execution, commissioning and carrying out trial operation ending with the commissioning of at least two construction facilities meeting the following requirements:
a. construction of a supporting structure, made of reinforced concrete, steel or combined, for machines, i.e. water pumps, turbine sets, hammers, rolling equipment, wind turbines, machines with crank mechanisms (diesel engines, piston compressors) with a total power of at least 4MW for two orders;
b. installation of pipelines and fittings with a diameter of min. DN 1000;
c. construction of a water reservoir with a capacity of over 1000 mXNUMX³;
d. construction of an industrial facility with a volume exceeding 20 m000³;
whose total value was at least PLN 14.000.000,00 (say: fourteen million zlotys) excluding value added tax.
