Recruitment process

Appropriate selection of employees is the basis for the proper performance of assigned tasks at the position, and indirectly, customer satisfaction with the products offered. In order to select the appropriate staff, we carry out the recruitment process in two stages to ultimately employ the most suitable candidate for the position.

During job interviews with us, candidates may be asked, depending on the position offered, both questions aimed at checking substantive knowledge, as well as questions to assess the psychosocial fit of the candidate to the offered position, and tests aimed at verifying knowledge of foreign languages.

Stage I The process is an initial interview conducted with an employee of the human resources department in order to verify the submitted application.

Stage II an interview allowing to obtain information about the candidate's substantive preparation - takes place with the participation of the head of the department to which the candidate is applying.

Service Engineer (F/M)

Responsibilities:
– Participation in service work carried out on customer installations
– Supervising and coordinating the work of service technicians
– Contact with the customer regarding service work being carried out
– Preparation of reports on service work performed
– Carrying out vibroacoustic measurements
– Assessment of the dynamic state of devices based on the collected measurement results

Requirements:
– Higher technical education (preferred: Energy, Mechanics and Machine Design)
– At least 2 years of experience in servicing and/or operating machinery and equipment
– Knowledge of English at a communicative level
– Knowledge of MS Office
– Stress resistance
– Ability to work under time pressure
– Availability and readiness for business trips
– Driving license category B
– G1 and G2 energy qualifications are welcome – operation and supervision
– Practical knowledge of vibrodiagnostics is welcome

Speaker

Responsibilities:
– Support from department specialists in carrying out work
– Ongoing demand management and cooperation with external partners
– Participation in maintaining and updating documentation related to the cooperation process
– Monitoring, compiling information and preparing simplified reports
– Cooperation with other organizational units of the Company
– Document supervision
– Implementation of current tasks in the CRM/ERP system
– Participation in trips to external partners

Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years of experience in the area of ​​cooperation/purchasing
– Higher education in a specific field (Logistics)
– High ethical standards, goal orientation, openness
– Good knowledge of English (B1)
– Valid category B driving license
– Experience in purchasing/cooperation in the metal industry is welcome

Constructor

Range duties
– Participation in the work of design teams related to the selection of machinery and equipment for the energy industry
– Designing models of machines and devices
– Preparation of 3D and 2D documentation
– Analyzing design and technological issues and finding new solutions
– Preparation of technical and production documentation
– Creation of drawings, technical descriptions, bills of materials and other documentation
– Performing strength calculations
– Technical support for customers in the selection of pumps and pumping systems
– Selection of construction materials
– Collaboration with production departments in the field of design supervision over production implementation and product testing

By requirements
– Higher technical education (Mechanics and Machine Design)
– Experience in a construction or design position is welcome
– Good knowledge of technical drawing
– Knowledge of special rules for creating construction documentation
– Knowledge of typical technological processes related to machine construction
– Ability to conduct technical arrangements and prepare requests for proposals
– Good knowledge of English
– Support for CAD programs
– Knowledge of MS Office
– Independence
– Ability to work in a team
– Very good work organization and decision-making skills
