Recruitment process

Appropriate selection of employees is the basis for the proper performance of assigned tasks at the position, and indirectly, customer satisfaction with the products offered. In order to select the appropriate staff, we carry out the recruitment process in two stages to ultimately employ the most suitable candidate for the position.

During job interviews with us, candidates may be asked, depending on the position offered, both questions aimed at checking substantive knowledge, as well as questions to assess the psychosocial fit of the candidate to the offered position, and tests aimed at verifying knowledge of foreign languages.

Stage I The process is an initial interview conducted with an employee of the human resources department in order to verify the submitted application.

Stage II an interview allowing to obtain information about the candidate's substantive preparation - takes place with the participation of the head of the department to which the candidate is applying.
