The Powen-Wafapomp SA Group service is always available. Mobile service teams operate throughout Poland, but also perform tasks in various corners of the world. Thanks to professional training and equipment, we ensure high quality of services provided.

A team of professionals takes a number of actions every day to ensure the efficient functioning of many industrial installations.

As part of our maintenance services, we provide:

• warranty and post-warranty repairs,
• supervision over the assembly and commissioning of new installations,
• full diagnostics using professional measuring equipment
• and standard and extended maintenance and renovation work.

Pursuant to Art. 13 section 1 and section 2 of the General Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (OJ UE L 119/1 of 4.5.2016/XNUMX/XNUMX) (GDPR) I inform that:

• The administrator of the personal data provided by you, including name and surname, e-mail address, is Grupa POWEN - WAFAPOMP SA based in Warsaw, ul. Odlewnicza 1, (hereinafter referred to as "ADO").
• By using the contact form on the Administrator's website, you consent to the processing of your personal data provided there.
• Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of concluding and/or implementing the contract concluded between you or the person on behalf of whom you correspond and the ADO or the ADO's legitimate interest related to the process of concluding the above-mentioned. contracts, including for the purposes of correspondence.
• The recipient of your personal data is ADO.
• Your personal data will be stored for the period of negotiations and/or performance of the contracts concluded as in point 2, and pursuing counterclaims under the contracts concluded as in point 2, no longer than 10 years from the date of their execution or termination.
• You have the right to access your personal data, the right to request correction, deletion or limitation of the processing of this data and the right to request its deletion - taking into account the restrictions resulting from the GDPR, in particular Art. 17 section 3 GDPR,
• Your personal data may be transferred to a third country.
• You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the regulations.
• Providing your personal data is necessary to achieve the purposes indicated in point 2, including correspondence.
• You have the right to object to the processing of data based on the legitimate interest of the ADO.
• Your data will be processed using e-mail and in the form of digital (electronic) files.
• Your data will not be processed in the form of profiling.
