Layout

Centrifugal, single-stage, vertical submersible pumps, separate discharge pipe and shaft guide pipe.
The spiral pump body is divided in a plane perpendicular to the shaft line, the suction port is located in the pump axis and is immersed in the pumped liquid, the discharge port connected to the discharge pipe is directed radially upwards along the shaft axis.
Depending on the application, the structure may be equipped with closed or open rotors.
The pump shaft (split or not) placed in the guide pipe is guided in bushings which, depending on the pump operation, are lubricated with the pumped liquid or from an external source. The design of the pumps allows for various configurations with or without sealing.

Product features
- Rigid shafts: Shaft support in accordance with the recommendations of the API610 Standard - maintaining the first critical speed above the maximum allowable continuous speed
- The design of the so-called guide pipe "columns": Fully welded with flange connections - maximizing strength and concentricity
- Stuffing boxes: Compatible with seal cooperation according to API682, latest edition
- Pump mounting plate: Complies with connection dimensions of various ISO / ANSI flange standards

- API 610 / ISO 13709: Full compliance with the latest edition of standards
- Spiral collecting ducts (single, double): Minimizing radial force
- Working slots: Secured with replaceable, high-hardness sealing rings
- Rotors of various designs (semi-open, closed): Optimization of working conditions for various types of liquids
