PH and OŁ-A pumps

1.00

The PH and OŁ-A series pumps are intended for pumping liquids containing significant amounts of solid particles (sludge). PH pumps are used in the mining industry in mineral processing and enrichment plants, in hydraulic backfilling and waste hydrotransport systems, as well as in other cases where pumping mixtures containing significant amounts of solids is required.
PH pumps are also produced in a version adapted to work in explosion-hazardous areas of underground mining plants, as group I category M2 devices.

    parameters

PH pumps are horizontal single-stage centrifugal pumps with a design adapted to pump mixtures of liquids and solids with abrasive properties. The inlet to the pump is located in the axis, and the discharge port in the basic version is directed vertically upwards, moved to the side in relation to the pump axis. If the installation requires it, it is possible to mount the pump spiral casing in a different position so that the discharge port is in a position other than vertical. PH pumps have a double body. The outer body, consisting of the front and rear parts connected by tie bolts, is made of materials with high mechanical properties and is designed to transfer mechanical and pressure loads. The elements of the outer body are not exposed to contact with the pumped medium and therefore their strength does not deteriorate. The outer body is protected against wear by the elements of the inner body, which consists of front and rear protective walls (insert) and a spiral body. These elements are made of special construction materials (high-chrome cast steel) that are resistant to abrasion. Because they are not exposed to the loads carried by the outer body, these materials do not have to have high mechanical strength and can be used despite progressive wear.
PH pumps are equipped with closed impellers with a small number of thickened blades, which increases their service life and allows pumping larger solid particles. The rotors are equipped with unloading blades on the front and rear discs, limiting the penetration of solid particles into the shaft seal area and into the gap sealing the rotor neck. This gap is an axial gap, and its width, as it wears, can be adjusted without disassembling the pump by moving the entire rotating assembly together with the bearing body relative to the pump stator, using special adjustment screws.
OŁ-A pumps are centrifugal, single-stage, horizontal pumps with a closed vane impeller and a collecting channel. The discharge port is located vertically and points upwards, the suction port - horizontally to the side.
The connections of the suction and discharge bodies can be rotated relative to the shaft axis. The flow system consists of an impeller, suction and discharge bodies limited by inserts made of abrasion-resistant materials. The elements of the flow system are attached to the stator assembly. The pump has a rope stuffing box with a water lock.
